This page explains our Terms of Service, by using any of Flevee Hairstyling services, you agree and are bound to follow these terms and conditions (Terms of Service). Used in these Terms of Service, “Us”, “Our”, “We” and “Flevee Hairstyling” refer to Flevee Hairstyling Contracting Team, “Hair Specialists” refer to Car Wash Hair Specialists, while “You” means the Flevee wash user, i.e individual, business, or corporate using any of our services. If you an individual are using our services on behalf of a business, then to us, you represent the business entity, hence the entity is bound to follow and accept these terms. These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between You and Us.
Flevee Hairstyling is a technology company that ONLY provides you with an online platform to order and receive hairdresser, hair styling, and beauty services. You can book a hairdresser who will avail themselves at any place and time of your convenience to perform a service. All you have to do is book an appointment via Our website.
These current features and new tools that maybe be added to these services will also be subject to the Terms of Service(Terms and Conditions). You should read all of our Terms carefully including our Privacy Policy, Agree, and Accept them before you may sign up for a Flevee Hairstyling account or any of Flevee Hairstyling services. By using any of Flevee Hairstyling Services, you are Agreeing to these Terms Of Service as well the Privacy Policy.
Account Registration and Terms
You must be at least 18 years of age to Order and Use Flevee wash services. You can, however, order hair services for your young ones who have not attained 18 years of age. You must provide true and accurate personal information needed during account sign-up. This information includes but is not limited to a name, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information Up to date at all times. Flevee Hairstyling may reject your application, suspend, or terminate your current account for any reason that the account does not meet or comply with our registration requirements.
Flevee Hairstyling will use the email address and phone number you provide for communication occasionally. You are fully responsible for all activities that run on your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will not be liable for any damages or loss that may arise from your failure to keep your account and password secure. You agree not to process orders outside Flevee Hairstyling. You agree not to use robotics or any automated means to monitor services running on our website.
Flevee Hairstyling Rights and Responsibility
Flevee Hairstyling reserves a right to suspend and/or terminate Your right to use our services at any time with or without notice with reasons to our sole discretion. We will however inform you when and why your account is suspended or terminated.
You must maintain respect for Our employees, affiliates, Hair Specialists, and the entire team as any form of disrespect whether verbal, written or any form of threats will lead to the immediate termination/ suspension of Your right to use our services.
We reserve the right to control who we give our services and can modify them at any time.
We reserve the right to request documentation to confirm account ownership. Documents might include but are not limited to business licenses, Government Identification card photos, and biometrics.
Flevee Hairstyling will not be liable for any service, internet, or connection interruptions for any matters beyond Our control.
Flevee Hairstyling will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to the user’s hardware or software system due to security errors while using our site.
Placing an order on Flevee Hairstyling
You can place an order with us by following the below steps:
- Enter your details as requested i.e. name and phone number
- Enter the details of the services you wish to get
- Enter your full address
- Proceed and make the payment.
Please check that all your information is correctly entered to avoid inconvenience
Order Rejections
Upon making an order from our website, You have only 24 hours after which you can amend or cancel. Relevant hair and/or beauty specialists will then review your appointment. You will be notified through email or/and text message that your Order has been accepted with the details of the hair Specialist that will handle your service.
Order Cancellation
You are aware that once the payment has been made and the order has been accepted, you have at most 24 hours to make changes or cancel the order. However, cancellation of already made orders will be subject to a processing fee of at least 35% of the total amount of the order charged.
In the case of incorrect details provided, a User may make changes within 24-hour time period after placing the order. Flevee Hairstyling reserves the right to cancel an order at Our sole discretion. In such a case, a user is entitled to receive a refund of the amount paid.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Users can register for the Platform free of charge although this is subject to review by Flevee Hairstyling at any time. You agree to pay for our services, this may include but is not limited to the cost of Our Services
You agree not to make any transactions outside the Flevee Hairstyling platform to ensure security. Flevee Hairstyling will also not be held liable for any losses that may arise from any form of transactions made outside our platform
In the event that there is an issue arising from the Services made by the Hair specialist from Our platform, You should seek information from the specific Hair Specialist. The User only has to pay for the Services through Our platform and not directly to the hair Specialist. The User will have a right to know the approximate Service fee before contracting it and paying for it. The User understands that cancellation of orders cannot be done after 24 hours after initial order placement.
The User will Only make payments via Our accepted modes of payment found on our website. Flevee Hairstyling reserves the right to amend or cancel an order if there arise any payment issues at Our sole discretion. The User is aware and agrees that in the case of a refund, Flevee Hairstyling will not be liable for any delays from the relevant banks or payment modes
Service Fee Charges
Flevee Hairstyling will charge a fee consisting of different variable fees plus direct or indirect taxes applicable by law. We reserve the right to modify the charges based on the Services involved and/or waiting time taken. The service fee charged may vary if there are events above Our control that will be communicated to You.
Hair Specialist Wait Time
On arrival, Our hair Specialists will only allow up to 15 minutes of wait time after which You agree to be charged £2 per minute in addition to the current rate. This is to ensure punctuality and time management for our clients.
Delivery and Timings
The user acknowledges and agrees that the time provided on the website is only a guidance, neither the hair Specialist nor Flevee Hairstyling guarantees that Servicea will take the estimated time indicated on the website. The time the Hair Specialist takes to arrive and offer Services is beyond Our control.
On completion
You hold a responsibility to check the work done, In the case of any dissatisfaction, the Hair Specialist must rectify it before leaving. You must sign the hair Specialist’s work documents that confirm that the Service is well delivered.
Indemnity
You hereby indemnify Flevee Hairstyling and its affiliates, our team, employees, suppliers, partners, officers, and directors from and against any costs, damages, claims, investigations, audits, liabilities, and demands of any kind including but not limited to legal and attorney’s fees, made by a Hair Specialist or any party that might be caused by you or your actions of any form while using any of our services directly or indirectly.
You agree to indemnify us from any tax liability that may arise concerning the Services made through Flevee Hairstyling, where the liability arises from your failure to pay or register to pay any tax in accordance with the law.
You agree to be solely held responsible if you commit any fraudulent transactions, breach these Terms of Service, and Violate any laws of any third party whether intentionally or unintentionally while using Flevee Hairstyling Services.
Limitations of Liability and Damages
Flevee Hairstyling will not be liable to any person for any direct, indirect, accidental, or intentional loss or damages that might arise from including but not limited to contract, warranty, or negligence of any nature whatsoever while using Our platform.
You understand and agree that you will not bring any personal claim to any of our employees or affiliates. Flevee Hairstyling is not liable for any damages of any kind that may arise from the illegal use of Our platform by a User.
You agree to take sole and full responsibility and pay for any Additional costs that may arise while using Our website and services. These additional costs include but are not limited to the waiting time.
Hair Specialist Terms and Conditions
Once the Hair Specialist has accepted your order, You acknowledge that You have an automatic Agreement and Contract with the Hair Specialist. At Your will, the Hair Specialist will advise, guide, and help You choose the right service. In the case You did not choose the right services, it is your responsibility to request a service upgrade, change, or cancel. However, in the case of Cancel, the refund will be done as per the Payment Terms indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
Our Clients act as brokers and facilitate getting the hairstylist business. They can be contacted directly but Users can buy through our platform which is recommended.
Users can add items to their shops/areas. The items added can be shared among other shops/areas.
Hair Services
We mainly offer hair styling, hair braiding, makeup, and beauty services. These services are available for both children and adults. Hair and beauty specialists are solely independent and not in any way our employees. However, they reserve a right to be respected as their business represents our company.
Security
We do not in any way or form accept users to make transactions to the Hair Specialist out of Our platform to ensure the security of your Services. We encourage you to notify us with valid proof through our “Contact Us” if you suspect any form of fraudulence from a Hair Specialist.
Copyright and Trademark Infringement
You agree not to use Flevee wash trademarks or commit any infringement in any form whether registered or unregistered.
You agree not to use any variations or misspellings of the word Flevee Hairstyling as this will be an infringement.
You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Flevee Hairstyling, failure to do so will lead to the Suspension or Termination of your account.
General Conditions
